Job Description:
The Data & Reporting Manager – Finance ensures the availability, accuracy and integrity of master, reference, and transactional data and data sources which include financial data. This position works closely with Finance and Procurement stakeholders in identifying data and reporting needs and also works with the Data Engineering team in developing and validating solutions. Key internal functions are to support and improve processes and tools, change management, and controls for reporting data. This position also ensures that the General Ledger, Chart of Accounts and month-end close process supports accurate and timely financial statement reporting.
Essential Roles & Responsibilities:
Provides guidance on data sources and reporting solutions, including software selection
Collaborates with key business owners, leadership and peers in Cambria to document needs, initiatives and value to produce a product roadmap and manage a program backlog
Identifies gaps and risks in data sources or reporting systems; works with other teams to identify process gaps or changes needed to support accurate reporting
Manages reporting tool licenses for Finance and oversees data security and user access requests.
Ensures Finance users are trained and have support for use of reporting tools
Oversees Board financial statement structures, upgrades and system testing
Updates, implements, and maintains documentation and procedures
Defines and reports on key metrics related to master data management and data quality
Manages work of direct reports, providing guidance, training and opportunities for development
Provides direct feedback to improve individual and team performance
In concert with Data Engineering, manages the data catalog for one or more areas of the company
Leads prioritization for data & reporting initiatives in partnership with business owners and key stakeholders.
Builds alignment across product teams and cross-functional leaders through clear communication and strategic influence – drives visibility and establishes trust
Prepares for and participates in quarterly Product Increment Planning sessions to ensure agreement and understanding by business owners, solutions architects, technical product owners, delivery teams and leadership.
Deeply understands the Cambria business model, routes to market, and key user, customer and partner segments
Qualifications & Skills:
Understand ERP data structures and processes, financial statement reporting, accounting close process, reporting and analytics in order to guide data structures and base reporting
Have and maintain a deep understanding of the current and future systems landscape within the Finance department
Demonstrate willingness and capability to learn new technologies quickly
Knowledge of Agile development practices
Results-oriented with a delivery focus to drive a culture of rapid experimentation to get things done
Very strong organization and communication skills
Handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Ability to build strong partnerships and manage varying levels of business stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to understand and optimize business processes and systems

Experience with daily/monthly/quarterly & annual Accounting cycles
Minimum Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree desired. Degree focus in Accounting & Finance, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent work experience.
Experience: Minimum of four years relevant work experience in financial application product management, business analysis, business relationship management, and managing systems from selection through launch and optimizing daily operations.
Systems: Ideal candidate is experienced in the following: Reporting tools such as Business Objects, Tableau, Oracle or other ERP, Jira/Confluence, Google Suite, Lucid Chart, Robotic Process Automation, AI
Additional Requirements:
Managerial Requirements: Manages workload and development of data and reporting team members, providing work prioritization, direction and guidance.
Physical Requirements: Hybrid office position requiring telephone and computer use.
Travel Requirements: Limited travel regionally and nationally.
Cambria’s starting salary range for this position is $110,000 - $148,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position. Individual pay is determined by several factors, including work location, job-related experience, and relevant education and/or Training.
