Job Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted business partner to executive team members and establish strong business partnerships across the organization including finance, business operations, data & analytics, growth, transformation, and business excellence.

Bring the “why” of financial performance, not just the “what”, delivering actionable insights to your internal clients both directly and via the broader finance team.

Lead planning and analysis discussions, including annual and quarterly planning, product margin analysis, monthly forecasting, month-end close and financial reporting with consideration for P&L impact. 

Ensure timely and accurate reporting and analysis. 

Work broadly across the finance team to drive real time forecasting, standardization of reporting, improvement in month end close timing and process automation. 

Coach and mentor junior team members, including offshore analysts.

Create KPI and dashboard frameworks working with the Data Analytics team such that all KPIs have definitions, are tracked in real-time, and are integrated into the firm's financial reporting.

Drive other finance projects that you and others identify to continually further the firm’s understanding and improvement of its economics.

Requirements

BS degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or any other related field, CPA, MBA or CMA designations

Minimum 10 years of finance experience with hands-on experience in FP&A; large enterprise corporate finance experience preferred 

Workday financials and Workday Adaptive Planning experience a plus 

Prior experience working within a subscription-based business is a plus
