We are proud to offer an extensive and iconic portfolio of highly recognizable, sustainably sourced, and conveniently packaged branded beverages distributed across more than 150,000 retail outlets. **Job Description** **Primo Brands** is currently seeking a **Director of Supply Chain Finance** to be located in **Stamford, CT** **OR Tampa, FL** and report to the VP of Supply Chain Finance. The primary responsibilities will include direct leadership of a small team of experienced finance professionals, and supporting various operational partners including Chief Supply Chain Officer, VP Procurement, VP Technical Services & Engineering, and VP Manufacturing Operations. In addition, this role acts as the Deputy to the VP of Supply Chain Finance ensuring that all national activities within the Supply Chain function are completed accurately and in a timely manner. This position requires a proactive leader with expertise in analytics, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration to drive measurable results in Supply Chain performance. **Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:** • Build and maintain strong partnerships with the Operations business partners. • Drive financial improvements, efficiencies, and profits through a strong understanding of plant operations and manufacturing/supply chain costs. • Lead financial forecast and budget consolidations across Procurement and Manufacturing operations, ensuring seamless handoffs to Business Planning and accurate product costing. • Ensure Purchase Price Variance (PPV) is managed and forecasted within spend by material reporting, providing actionable insights to improve cost management. • Identify and drive cost improvement opportunities, be an active contributor to improvement projects and initiatives, validate, review and track proposed savings. • Drive capital investments within the Supply Chain function, focusing on Cost Savings/Value Creation and high ROI initiatives. • Challenge ways of working across operations and Finance to drive out waste and improve actionable analytics. • Follow up and monitoring of progress to close process gaps, ensuring financial policies, Accounting Standards and Costing Standards are followed by promoting ownership of data at source. • Ensure adherence to internal controls and SOX processes as they related to Procurement, Manufacturing, and CAPEX. Championing compliance and risk management in all areas. • Assist in creation of Board and Executive-ready content (presentations, analysis, etc.) • Integral in developing, evaluating, and recommending business cases for both Manufacturing and Supply Chain. • Evaluate network capacity constraints related to I&R, Private Label and long term growth projections. • Utilize strong data analysis skills to support financial modeling for I&R initiatives, and identify cost savings opportunities as needed. **Qualifications** **Key qualifications include:** • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting. • 5-8 years of experience in Finance. Supply Chain Finance experience is preferred (e.g.: factory finance, costing). • Fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry experience. • Experience within a network organization (internal and external providers). • Ability to Co-Pilot and partner with operational leaders to drive business results. • People leader of multiple direct reports. Team of 4 experienced professionals. • Strong ability to identify and resolve data quality and system functionality issues. • Excellent interpersonal skills to work with various groups. • Solid knowledge of financial concepts and accounting principles. • Advanced with Excel and PowerPoint.
