This position will serve as the finance leader for Miracle-Ear Retail organization, working alongside the business unit as a crucial member of the leadership team ensuring the business meets its financial and strategic objectives. This role reports directly to the General Manager of the business unit with a functional dotted line relationship to the CFO of North America. This position has full responsibility to drive a high-performing finance function within the business which includes but is not limited to FP&A, Accounting, A/P, A/R and Treasury.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the financial strategy aligning the objectives of the business unit with those of Amplifon to take advantage of the market opportunity Organize and lead the budgeting and strategic planning process for the business unit to provide accurate and timely financial insights to support business planning and decision-making Ensure the preparation and presentation of comprehensive financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and KPI metrics, to the business unit leadership team as well as the global executive team when needed Full ownership and understanding of all financial statements for the business; strong focus on P&L, balance sheet and cash flow
Qualifications in this role include, but are not limited to:
Requires a bachelor’s degree in business or finance 8+ years related work experience Experience working with a customer-facing, retail business Advanced proficiency in Microsoft products (Excel (pivot tables/macros), Word, PowerPoint Demonstration of expertise with BI system required, PowerBI preferred Experience with ERP system required, Oracle Fusion preferredPreferred Experience and Skills:
Leading a large team and/or function Strategic planning and implementation Strong communication skills, with ability to shared detailed financial information to various levels of the organizationBenefits Offered:
