Our client, a global leader in the industrial component industry is now looking to appoint an experienced, commercially astute, financial leader to oversee their EMEA region. 

The EMEA Finance Director is responsible for providing key financial and business support/oversight to the business.  This individual is expected to drive business improvement, implement/maintain system of internal controls and manage the financial planning and analysis for the region. This key leadership position will lead and develop a staff across the EMEA region, including ~6-7 direct reports, to achieve financial and business objectives. In addition to this, the Finance Director will play a key role in helping to drive commercial sales across the region and will enjoy close working partnerships across both the commercial and sales functional teams to help maximise growth revenue targets. 

Due to continued growth plans across the EMEA region, our client would be looking for somebody with a strong sense of career mobility and would expect the successful candidate to be able to move into a more senior VP Finance in the medium-long term.
