Finance HR Administrator
Finance and HR Administrator   JOB LOCATION: Scottsdale, AZ Hybrid Schedule (3 days in office, 2 days from home office)   This person is responsible for the accounting and human resource administration functions required for financial management and compliance to all applicable laws, as well as occasional company administrative tasks. This is a full-time position. Reports to HR Manager with dotted line to Finance Manager.   BASIC ACCOUNTING FUNCTIONS Responsible for the accounting operations of the organization, including but not limited to, the production of financial reports, and maintenance of a compliant system of accounting records. This position will prepare and maintain records that are reviewed and used by an outside CPA firm to prepare tax returns, quarterly payroll tax reports, and perform the annual financial audit. Principal Responsibilities: Process accounts payable and receivable Maintain an orderly and accurate financial filing system Record cash receipts and bank deposits to customer invoices Contact and resolve third party billing and invoicing issues Manage daily mail including depositing checks Comply with local, state and federal government reporting requirements HUMAN RESOURCES AND ADMINISTRATION Ensure compliance in day-to-day operations of human resource duties. Duties include but are not limited to the following areas: employment, employee relations, benefits, and administration. Principal Responsibilities: Assist with document preparation for recruiting, onboarding, performance reviews and leave requests Maintain accurate filing system for Human Resource Administration, including employee personnel files, I-9’s and benefits Support group benefit enrollment and administration including health, dental and disability insurance, 401K program, PTO, and COBRA administration and compliance Prepare and update HR documents including Employee Handbook and company Org Chart Manage employee engagement, coordinate company events and Serve as point of contact for Human Resource and Office inquiries Oversee office inventory and equipment  REQUIREMENTS Understand the importance of confidentiality and the ability to handle sensitive information properly Strong organizational skills and attentional to detail Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Ideally some prior AP/AR process experience or HR administration experience Software: Microsoft Office suite programs
