Work you will do ~
As a Senior Consultant, you will work with diverse global clients across a wide range of industries. You will have a variety of client facing responsibilities such as diagnosing issues using advanced analytical techniques, interviewing staff, formulating and making recommendations, and helping clients implement proposed solutions.

Our Finance and Performance team works as a trusted advisor to CFOs, COOs, CIOs, and key executives. We advise, implement, and deliver as-a-service solutions, helping our clients develop strategies and capabilities to support enterprise-wide decision making, improve finance operations, and create impact within their organization.
Finance Insights & Transformation
Our FI&T team transforms Finance from function to dynamic capability. As finance cycles converge, we advise, implement, and operate Best in Class solutions across actuals and forecast to accelerate insights including finance and analytics, planning, FP&A as -a-service, finance technology strategy, and ERP enabled finance transformation.
Required Qualifications
§ Must have completed at least one (1) full life cycle cloud-based Oracle EPM implementations to include one of the following modules ~ EPBCS, FCCS, and/or ARCS
§ 3+ years of relevant consulting experience in a corporate environment or with a large or boutique consulting firm or serving as an internal consultant within industry.
§ Experience writing business rules.
§ Relevant experience in technology implementation methodology and cycles (i.e., development, testing, documentation, cutover, deployment, hypercare).
§ Proven experience in supporting implementations by gathering system and business requirements, the design and build of Oracle EPM modules EPBCS, FCCS and/or ARCS solutions including writing calculation scripts and building applications from end to end.
§ Proven experience interacting and communicating improvements and requirements with both business oriented and IT oriented clients.
§ Ability to travel up to 50%, based on the work you do and the clients ~ industry sectors you serve.
§ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
§ Limited Immigration Sponsorship may be available.
Preferred Qualifications
· Relevant knowledge of or experience with ETL/Data Transformation tools and databases.
· Understanding of finance business processes and actual corporate reporting requirements.
· Writing Groovy scripts.
· Relevant knowledge of or experience with industry benchmarks and best practices.
· Ability to interact at all levels of the client organization, build consensus, and foster change.
· Ability to work independently, manage engagements or parts of larger engagements.
· Experience with presales, proposals, and RFP activities.
· Superior analytical and critical thinking skills.
· Willingness to mentor and counsel junior staff
· Strong oral and written communication skills ~ to include presentation skills; professional competence with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams)

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $119,025 to $198,375.
