The role will be responsible for providing FP&A support to leadership within the Biologics, Pharma & Consumer Health, and Corporate Segment.
This is a full-time position: Monday – Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM

The Role
Perform and support any ad hoc financial and data analysis on a day-to-day basisSupport the assembly and communication of the overall financial story starting at the site level, consolidating up to the sub-segment level, and finally to the total business unit levelSupport the monthly consolidation of the business’s financial performance including key variance analysis vs prior forecast, budget, and prior year for metrics such as revenue, EBITDA, profitability, free cash flow, etc.Maintain visibility and communicate to leadership ongoing risks and opportunities that impact financial performancePrepare management presentation material for monthly forecast, operational meetings, quarterly business review, and Board of Directors meetingsProactively identify, analyze, and present financial data to business leaders to help drive key decision making and actionsSupport annual Budget process for the business unitSupport annual financial Strategic Plan process projecting business over the next five yearsSupport the financial integration of existing and future M&A into Catalent processes and mechanismsPartner with business leadership to build and analyze business cases for capital investmentsAll other duties as assigned;The Candidate
Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering, or other relevant field is requiredThis role is entry level and does not require experience, however one or more years of relevant experience is preferredExcellent Excel and Powerpoint skills requiredIndividual may be required to sit, stand, walk regularly and occasionally lift 0-15 pounds;Why you should join Catalent:
