Job Description

As the Finance Intern, you will be joining a fast-paced, energetic and challenging
environment as part of a Project Team. In this role, you will have an opportunity to work
alongside experienced professionals within the Finance organization. You will gain exposure
to technical and commercial aspects while supporting the finance team to set up a reporting
structure aligned with our Corporate requirement. You will assist the Finance team in
achieving its project goals and objectives as an active participant.

Please note: This is a part-time, 6-month internship, with an anticipated start date in January 2025.

In this role, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

Work with operations teams assisting in the development of financial reports in support of monthly closing activities aligned to international, regional, legal entity and business line reportingWork with the financial team to optimize the profitability analysis by Region and by Business LineWork with the finance team to develop a playbook to document key processes, procedures and policiesAssist team in the improvement initiatives gathering feedback for the playbook ease of understanding and testing for completion and accuracy of documentation

Qualifications

Skills:

Ability to multitask on several concurrent tasks and manage prioritizationAbility to work and thrive in a team environmentCommunicate effectively to groups in person and over the phoneGood knowledge of Accounting principlesStrong problem solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and perseveranceStrong understanding and management of Google and Microsoft tools (Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)

Education: Bachelor Degree in course of completion in Business Administration, Finance or
equivalent related discipline
