Finance Lead, EPM FP&A Transformation

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH Based out of Nike’s World Headquarters, the FP&A Transformation Finance Lead will partner and collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders, from Global Finance teams to FP&A teammates across all geographies. You will also work with a cross-functional EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) team including teammates from Technology, Financial Business Intelligence, Enterprise Data & Analytics, and Strategic Enterprise Capabilities. You will report directly to the Principal, EPM FP&A and work closely with stakeholders across the organization to implement strategic enhancements that align with Nike’s business goals. Additionally, you will also directly engage external stakeholders including Anaplan and EPM Solutions Integration partners. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR The FP&A Transformation Finance Lead will be responsible for partnering with cross functional stakeholders to support the implementation of EPM tools at scale across Nike geographies and business segments. Key to this achievement will be your capability to foster a vision, problem solve, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teammates to build EPM solutions. WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON You will support a large-scale project in partnership with Finance teams in the business and our Technology team to craft, implement and drive continuous improvement to a modern web-based integrated financial planning model that will transform the way we work.You will work closely with functional leaders and planners to enhance the accuracy, insights, and efficiency of monthly financial forecasts, annual operating plans, and long-range planning activities. Critical responsibilities include but are not limited to: + Requirement gathering workshops to capture and summarize business needs for the EPM Tool development + Documentation, refinement, and re-design of FP&A processes optimizing for efficiency and data-enabled decision support + Translate business needs for transformation & innovation into system solutioning requirements by creating excel based prototype / mockup, and user stories + Support end user experience, business go-live roadmaps, and process documentation that support change management + Design and refine planning tools and data visualization, including metrics, KPIs, and business drivers + Support User Acceptance testing, training, and gathering feedback for the project team to drive continued improvements + Play an active role in the EPM COE to effectively prioritize ongoing improvement and backlog items informed by business insights WHAT YOU BRING + Bachelors degree or equivalent, combination of education, experience, or training + Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, Financial Reporting, or Strategic Planning at large multinational corporations + Experience planning revenue/margin, strategic investments, or business planning on a Global or Geography/Territory team preferred + Strong collaboration skills and understanding/understanding of change management, idea creation, and cross-team solutions + Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills; and demonstrated ability to effectively communicate status, issues/risks, and opportunities + Strong enthusiasm and passion for the Nike brand NIKE, Inc. is committed to employing a diverse workforce.
