Title: Finance Leader
Location: Dallas, TX
Compensation: $100K - 120K

As the Finance Leader for this innovative restaurant concept, you’ll be at the helm of essential financial operations—driving sales forecasting, performance analysis, and strategic financial reporting. By transforming data into actionable insights, you’ll support informed decision-making, fuel profitability, and ensure the team meets its financial goals—all while streamlining processes to keep things running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Business Performance & Insight Development: Deliver clear, actionable insights on promotions, testing phases, and overall performance. Work closely with various teams, guiding them with data-driven recommendations and tracking broader economic trends that could impact the business. Lead industry benchmarking initiatives and facilitate ongoing business reviews to stay proactive on goals. Sales Forecasting & Trend Analysis: Manage sales forecasting from weekly updates to annual projections, providing leadership with a comprehensive view of key drivers, potential risks, and growth opportunities. Use advanced forecasting tools to ensure the team stays prepared for upcoming demands and market shifts. Pricing & Profitability Strategy: Shape the national pricing approach, creating and implementing pricing strategies that optimize profitability across locations. Senior Leader Partnership: Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, delivering high-level analysis, guidance, and customized reports for executive discussions and financial strategy meetings.

Your Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management is required; an MBA is advantageous. Experience: Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, data analytics, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning. Familiarity with consumer insights, market analytics, and industry trends is a plus. Communication & Leadership: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and influence senior leadership. Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in Power BI or similar analytical tools highly desirable. Strategic and Analytical Thinking: Proven ability to leverage analytics in guiding strategic decisions and engaging stakeholders across various levels. Financial Acumen: Extensive knowledge in financial reporting, planning, and a deep understanding of profit and loss within a restaurant or multi-location business environment.
