We are seeking a passionate, talented, and inventive individual to join the Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) Finance team supporting our Autonomy organization that is building . Amazon’s Autonomy group is the world’s largest and best resourced agents R&D effort. This Finance Manager role spans the entirety of the ~75-person Autonomy organization and will work closely with the leader of AGI’s Autonomy group and the Finance Director for AGI.

You will be expected to have an established background in financial analysis and working with senior leaders at the Vice President level and above. You should be somebody who enjoys working on complex problems, is customer-centric, is excited by new technologies like Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) and motivated to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.

Key job responsibilities
- Providing business partnership to the Autonomy AGI Product Technology teams.
- Developing commercialization opportunities with AGI Agents.
- Coordinating and collaborating with cross functional teams across Worldwide Amazon AGI and IPAT to track investments across initiatives.
- Supporting leadership reviews (MBRs, QBRs, OP1/2, etc.).
- Support ad-hoc Financial Analysis and Modelling.
- Assisting in month end close, controllership, and annual/quarterly planning activities.

A day in the life
We're looking for a Finance Manager who is comfortable developing new commercialization ideals, developing a work-backward business plan that incorporates Sales and Marketing, and partner organizations such as AWS, Alexa and Stores, has strong financial modelling skills, and is experienced in tracking technology development initiatives. The ideal candidate will work well with ambiguity and can determine the right amount of data needed to drive decision-making.
