The Finance Manager will be joining the Business Performance Management (BPM) team. This individual will be at the forefront of the digital revolution as we look to enhance business processes through the capabilities of Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM. Facilitates requirement sessions with stakeholders and creates comprehensive work products documenting requirements, including validation and traceability of requests. Has understanding on how projects align to broader organizational goals and business benefitPartners with IT to translate functional requirements into documented technical specifications. Includes data mappings and integrations, security, workflows, forms, reports, dashboards and business rulesResponsible for updating data mappings within Oracle Financial Data Management (FDM) and performing thorough validation of actuals from various source systems to ensure data integrity and accuracyPartners closely with FP&A, Finance/Accounting, IT, Data Center of Excellence, Product Manager, and System Integrator teams to lead the design, development, testing and deployment of Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM as an integrated solution and ensure functional requirements are satisfiedDevelops a work-plan to manage own tasks, deliverables, schedule and provides information to stakeholders and Project Management. Bachelor's Degree Finance, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, Business Administration, Management, or another quantitative field (Required)Work Experience:

Base Pay Range: $86,300 - $155,700Corporate Bonus Target: 15%

Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
