Responsibilities Supports the tracking of capital projects including planning, financial analysis and capital spend tracking with enhanced Strategic Project analytics.Oversee the monthly capital spend reporting and reconciliation. Use of Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and Syntellis (Kaufman Hall) Capital Tracking Software will be required.Reviews, analyzes and ensures the accuracy of the capital project proformas in collaboration with Ministry Market and Regional Finance Teams.Prepares, analyzes and ensures the accuracy of the financial and statistical reports for business case presentations and ad hoc requests for management.Develops an understanding of Ascension’s Capital Software in support of Ascension’s capital processes and provides recommendations for system enhancements.Supports the development of Cash Available for Capital and updates to Ascension’s Capital Allocation process.Manages and provides oversight of Senior Financial Analysts to ensure accurate and timely development, delegation and completion of key department deliverables.Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams across Ascension.
Other Special Projects as assigned.Support the transition to Oracle, contributing to the successful execution of Voyager.
Requirements

Education:

High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
Additional Preferences 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.Financial analysis, budgeting experience and capital planning experience preferred.
