Job Description:
The Cash & Working Capital Finance Manager will assist the Sr. Manager Strategic Finance role by leading analysis (financial modeling in Excel) and helping prepare/translate analysis to PPT for discussion with broader team, Mars Leadership, Board, segment leadership, CFOs, etc. This role supports next generation insights and value creation to drive large-scale value creation initiatives. The role will support the Sr. Manager Strategic Finance role in critical cash & working capital analysis, help identify and drive opportunities for incremental value creation, including tracking, analyzing and modeling current and projected business performance, and support analytical work around target setting and other relevant ad hoc business and financial analysis. The role will also involve business partnering with regional Snacking Cash Leads and Analysts to bring insight and clarity to value creation opportunities within the various markets.
