Finance Manager, Core Services

The Product & Technology Finance team is looking for a Finance Manager to join its team supporting Expedia Group Payments. The initial scope of this position will be focused around the payments area, including merchant fee and virtual card economics. The role interacts with all levels of the organization & will partner with the business to optimize decision making. You will operate as part of a Seattle-based team and thrive in a fast-pace environment. What you will do:

Partner across eCommerce and EG to develop a deep understanding of business levers and find opportunities to drive value into the organizationDistil complex financial data into impactful commercial insightsDevelop financial business cases to support investment decisionsBuild financial models, analyze new trends and initiatives, and perform ad-hoc modelling as requiredDrive process improvement through effective business partnering across the finance organizationPlay a key role in the forecast/outlook process and collaborate with business partners to better understand Risk & OpportunitiesLead, develop, and improve eCommerce processes and/or metrics to control operational costs and drive efficiencies

Who you are:

Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent related professional experience (MBA Preferred)Minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experienceHigh level of intellectual curiosity that drives sense of ownership and desire for continuous improvementExcellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work with all levels of managementAdvanced analytic, modeling, forecasting, and presentation skillsResults driven and highly motivated, with the ability to think big and smallAble to lead and influence decisions across various internal functionsAbility to interpret and present data in a visually compelling format to financial and non-financial audiencesPassion for using data to drive better decision-makingComfortable working with ambiguity in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentHighly proficient with Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Oracle and Hyperion

The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $110,500.00 to $155,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $177,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience.  Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
