Finance Manager, Corporate FP&A

Axalta is searching for a Finance Manager, Corporate FP&A to join our team in the Philadelphia Navy yard!

The Finance Manager, Corporate FP&A will be responsible for aspects of management reporting, process enhancements, standardization, and forecasting and analysis for Axalta Coatings Systems’ enterprise results with a significant partnership to the Business units. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of financial management principles, and a proven track record of driving process improvements.

In this role you will:

Lead and streamline enterprise consolidated reporting processes, systems, and tools.Build, track and create analysis for enterprise variances.Review and analyze Axalta financials, understanding key business drivers.Lead the annual operating plan processes and corporate calendar.Prepare and support ad hoc management requests.Drive dashboarding and automation to support monthly and quarterly business reviews.Develop financial models through benchmarking and process analysis.Support talent development and mentor analysts across FP&A team.

Qualifications:

Required:

Minimum of 5 years of work experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or accounting.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or similar quantitative discipline.Experience using analytical, financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting skills.Proficiency in Excel including (Pivot Tables, V-Lookups etc.).Experience creating slides/decks and presenting using PowerPoint.Minimal travel required - <10%Experience working with cross functional partners and ability to tailor communication across all levels within the organization.Experience managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Preferred:

Master’s degree in Business Administration, CPA, CMA or related field, a plus.Independent/Self-starter with high attention to detail.Superior problem solving and analytical skills (both quantitative and qualitative).Experience with SAP, Business Warehouse, and Microsoft Business Intelligence a plus.Team orientated, a “can do” attitude and flexible approach.Demonstrated passion for making a difference.Focused, organized, results-oriented individual.Ability to work effectively and build strong relationships with business leaders.
