Key to supporting KLA business is the finance team that partners with corporate and global business organizations to provide expertise and guidance for developing and executing sound business models and practices. The Finance organization consists of operations and corporate finance teams. The operations finance team influences business decisions by gathering the best available operations information, distilling it and making recommendations to our management team on the best course of action. The corporate team provides a broad range of services, such as financial planning, corporate accounting, tax, industry analysis and benchmarking, internal audits, SEC reporting and merger and acquisition support.Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
Finance FP&A Manager will support forecasting and consolidations of Regional financial plans. This position will provide headquarters with visibility of regional business trends to support important decision-making process. This role gives opportunity to work with senior execs within KLA. Part of a strategic and growing business at KLA.
Support Service group FP&A responsibilities spanning annual revenue across seven service regions.
Own SRAM Headcount planning process for GSS and present quarterly to CFO, EVPs and other key stakeholders
Own and consolidate forecasting and annual long term planning process for Service P&L and provide financial data/analysis to key stakeholders.
Work cross-functionally and collaborate with other teams including International Service Finance, Division Finance and Region Service Directors/Managers.
Interact with region Finance teams, acting as a liaison and subject matter expert on work force planning, Tm1 Systems and other key FP&A knowledge areas. Periodically meet with international team members in Asia and Europe.
Drive regional finance initiatives to standardize processes and systems used across HQ and KLA service regions.
Own quarterly reporting package preparation such as Executive Review package, PWC presentation and other quarter end deliverables.
Track and provide forecasting and budgeting support for IT projects driven by Digital Transformation team.
Help support ongoing integration of acquired companies into KLA Service Operating system.
Support Service Finance Digital Transformation initiatives around Service Analytics, Dashboarding, reporting automation and process improvements.
Provide variance analysis on forecast vs actuals with a strive to improving the forecast process.
Perform ad-hoc analysis on and generate Pro-Forma P&Ls for various Strat plan initiatives including profitability by segment, regions, product models.
Manage Finance high performing team members.
Minimum Qualifications
Master's Level Degree with work experience of 6 years more, Bachelor's Level Degree with work experience of 8 years or more
Accounting or Finance experience required.
Must have experience with an ERP system (SAP/TM1 experience is a plus) and have strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Strong Excel, financial, analytical and modeling skills.
