As the Finance Manager, NA Fresh Performance & Insights, you will support the NA Fresh business in evaluating our individual Store and FC level performance to ensure we are maximizing sales potential, while delivering meaningful cost reduction and margin expansion. This is a hands-on role where to be successful you will need to spend time both behind a desk and in our stores. Grocery is a key investment area for the company and growing rapidly, so there will be opportunity to increase scope and exposure in this role.


Key job responsibilities
- Partner with Product Managers, Instock Managers, Vendor Managers, and Operations to optimize Private Brand offerings to maximize revenue growth and margin expansion.
- Drive accountability across Private Brands by first building and then leading mechanisms to review performance on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Create effective business partnerships, manage competing priorities, and provide guidance based on data analysis during unexpected events
- Demonstrate controllership through implementing audit mechanisms to ensure team is tracking to OP1/OP2 and guidance plans, innovate and automate effective bridging mechanisms
- Help to deliver weekly/monthly financial close. Uses financial systems and advanced MSExcel functions to work with large data sets. Output plans, forecasts, budgets, and consolidations.
- Participate in hiring, developing, and mentoring peers and team members. Seek and leverage diverse perspectives in all activities.
