Takes responsibility for all general, and overarching and non-specialized financial matters, in order to ensure the achievement of strategic and business goals and target indicators.This is a hybrid position in our Issaquah WA location.
Your Role:
Financial planning of companies R&D expenses and project cost tracking during all stages of the product development cycle including product introductions and phase out / EOL.Providing financial guidance based on sound financial analysis to product and R&D management for all R&D project decisions including the assessment of investment options with detailed financial implications.Supporting Ultrasounds long term planning process in cooperation with product and project managers to provide input.Facilitating the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasts, including project costs controlling across all R&D departments worldwide.Monitoring, forecasting, and budgeting companies R&D expenses and supporting continuous improvement to ensure most efficient R&D expense allocation.R&D departmental budgets, capital expense and headcount planning.Supporting financial reviews of companies R&D projects for all project milestones during the product lifecycle process by providing input.Ensuring strict adherence to SHS's financial reporting guidelines, internal controls framework and meeting all deadlines during monthly financial closing process.Supporting implementation of the strategic plans for the business created by the VP Liaising and building strong collaboration with all internal functions.Your Expertise:
Proficiency with SAP, Hyperion, Jedox, ThinkCell and MS applications: Excel, Word, and Power point Strong understanding of financial and operational accounting.Ability to simultaneously manage & prioritize multiple high priority projects Strong analytical and presentation skills.You have good PC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).You will be working with our latest technology and therefore you are willing to learn about new software and hardware solutions.Required Skills, Education and Experience for this position:Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related area(s); advanced degree preferred.Minimum 8 years of experience years in Accounting or Finance.Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.“Successful candidate must be able to work with controlled technology in accordance with US export control law.” “It is Siemens Healthineers’ policy to comply fully and completely with all United States export control laws and regulations, including those implemented by the Department of Commerce through the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), by the Department of State through the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and by the Treasury Department through the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctions regulations.”

The base pay range for this position is
Min $133,900 - Max $200,900Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.
