Finance Manager, Stores Ads Monetization
Amazon seeks a world class Finance Manager to provide end-to-end financial support to our fastest growing Advertising business. The successful candidate will help drive the growth of the organization by providing financial stewardship and analytical insights into key financial and operational performance metrics. They will be a strategic partner to the business and assist in evaluating operational processes, business opportunities, and support planning / forecasting. They will have the opportunity to influence the long-term evolution of our products. This person must have a passion for detail and the ability to dive deep into the foundational building blocks of the Advertising Business.
The successful candidate will have shown experiences in past roles influencing business owners and supporting decision-making in rapidly evolving environments. This role has regular interaction with executives and various business units across Amazon and therefore requires strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Key job responsibilities
· Partner with business leaders to drive new initiatives, products, and solutions aimed at improving ad monetization. Collaborate with teams to evaluate customer needs, develop KPIs to measure business performance, and provide actionable analytical insights.
· Build cross-functional partnership with teams such as demand, auctions, publisher, and products.
· Develop and automate scalable financial and business intelligence (BI) mechanisms, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews, as well as operating plans.
· Maintain and enforce a strong financial controllership environment.
· Author research papers to shape and influence supply strategy.
