The Finance Manager will be a key resource in reporting and providing critical analyses of Keurig Dr Pepper’s financial performance for finance and executive leadership. As part of the US Coffee Finance team, you will collaborate with business, finance, and accounting teams to help analyze and communicate key drivers of the business’ financial results, as well as provide inputs to executive management packages and scorecards. This role requires an understanding of corporate finance, a keen interest in learning about the business, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to contribute to the process of making sound business decisions.
What you will do:
Collaborate closely with the US Coffee business leaders and finance team on month end close, financial reporting, to ensure monthly financials are fairly statedPartner directly with Marketing and G&A leadership to optimize OPEX and provide insights on forecast creationEvaluate spend patterns versus historical norms, forecast plans, and competitive benchmarks to recommend business decisions and opportunitiesCollaborate with business, finance, and accounting teams to help analyze, align, and report key business driversEvaluate opportunities for process improvement and standardization of key financial metrics for development of financial scorecards and dashboardsDevelop a detailed understanding of financial systems including SAP and various business warehouses or BI cubes to extract data and support the interpretation of periodic resultsProvide ad-hoc financial analysis and modeling Total Rewards Benefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage ReimbursementAnnual bonus based on performance and eligibility RequirementsWhat you must have:
