Minimum requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role within a commercial or industrial environment. Proven track record of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization. Experience with financial management software (e.g., Pastel, SAGE) is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Manage the full financial cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts. Oversee the internal audit process and ensure adherence to company financial controls. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external auditors and tax advisors. Analyze financial data and provide insights to inform strategic decision-making.
