Finance Manager
Description We are in search of a Finance Manager to join our team in Irvine, California. The role is within the commercial real estate finance industry and will involve overseeing loan processes, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring effective data management. This position offers a unique opportunity to apply your expertise in managing financial operations and coordinating with various stakeholders. Responsibilities: • Oversee the loan closing process, including coordinating lender due diligence, maintaining loan closing checklists, and ensuring effective post-closing file maintenance. • Maintain a proactive communication line with clients, lenders, and counsel, responding promptly to inquiries and requests. • Execute loan closing actions in a timely manner to ensure an efficient closing process. • Develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders such as the Lender, Lender’s Counsel, Loan Officer, and Title Company. • Manage the collection and filing of all borrower information and financials. • Review and manage information provided by internal team members. • Oversee the coordination and commissioning of all required 3rd party reports. • Ensure timely delivery of required information by coordinating appraisal and other third-party reports. • Manage information flow in SharePoint for both internal and external parties involved in the transaction. • Maintain complete transaction information by updating and managing internal electronic transactions and DRE files. • Follow up on outstanding entity requirements and understand entity documents to identify authorized signors for documents. • Utilize skills in Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, CRM, Crystal Reports, Data Mining Techniques, Accounting Functions, Accrual Accounting, Auditing, Budget Processes, and Capital Management. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential • Experience with ADP - Financial Services is required • Familiarity with CRM tools • Ability to work with Crystal Reports • Knowledge of Data Mining Techniques is necessary • In-depth understanding of Accounting Functions • Expertise in Accrual Accounting • Auditing skills are crucial • Experience with Budget Processes • Knowledge of Capital Management is required Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
