Finance Manager
**Overview** The Finance Manager will analyze financial activities and provide advice and guidance to upper management on future financial plans. Duties include reviewing financial reports, monitoring accounts, and preparing financial forecasts **Responsibilities** + Provide detailed and summary analyses and financial reporting to Operations department and Senior Management + Accumulate and analyze data for preparation of financial statements, reports and regulatory filings + Review and ensure the accuracy of company’s management reports, identifying business trends and potential risks and opportunities + Work closely with the finance team, reviewing month-end GL account reconciliations, reserves and accruals + Identify, recommend and implement process improvements + Assist management in development and analysis of budget plans + Provide ad hoc financial analysis to senior management to help leadership evaluate and drive ongoing and strategic business decision making **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, CPA preferred + Minimum of 5 years General Accounting and Financial reporting experience in a professional business environment; Monthly P & L closing experience preferred + Supervisory/management experience + Proficiency in developing dashboards for Finance Planning & Analysis use + Advanced analytical ability, with ability to research and understand complex accounting issues + Self-starter, with proven ability to independently build process improvements in a results focused environment + Demonstrated ability to manage a team, prioritize and optimize workloads through multi-tasking in order to meet company goals + Advanced knowledge of all office equipment + High proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint Presentation Software + Infinium/AS400 + Ability to communicate with clients + Ability to work both independently and collaborate in a team environment + Ability to handle difficult, clients, employees and situations + Ability to manage several projects simultaneously + Ability to understand visual processes, interpret data and translate into written word + Advanced ability to ensure that quality and production standards are met + Advanced organizational, administrative, record keeping and time management skills + Creative thinking and performance + High level of written, oral and presentation skills + Strong team approach to business + Successful track record in motivating and managing a staff + Superior customer service skills, professional attitude and appearance **PHYSICAL DEMANDS** Some travel may be required – Less than 5%. **What We Offer:** An opportunity to join an established team and be part of a successful and proven global organization!
