THE DAY TO DAY...

Provide RapidCare financial leadership and counsel by supplying meaningful analysis and articulating choices relative to current performance, projected business plans, and other discrete projects

Provide Hospitality and Power Equipment financial leadership and counsel by supplying meaningful analysis and articulating choices relative to current performance, projected business plans, and other discrete projects

Act as a source of business knowledge and problem-solving capabilities to ensure sound analyses and recommendations across a wide range of business decisions that may include market growth, innovation, go-to-market strategies, and investments

Ensure application of internal controls via effective communication, implementation, and review of control procedures

Assist in month-end close process including journal entries and account reconciliations

Transfer knowledge through effective communication, training, and documentation (Standard Work)

THE QUALIFICATIONS...

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or AccountingMinimum of 5 years of progressive accounting/financial analysis experienceStrong oral, written, and presentation skills to deliver effective, confident, and results-oriented communications and presentationsAn understanding of U.S. GAAP requiredHigh level of proficiency in Accounting software and Microsoft Office is required; a command of pivot table use within Excel is valuable and desiredExperience with financial reporting applications such as Vivid or Microsoft Dynamics AX preferred
