Overview SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a Finance Manager to support a contract in Doha, Qatar from Reston, VA. Essential Job Duties Manage program accounting and serve as the principal financial analyst for the Program Manager. Develop and manage program financial objectives, budgets, and schedules. Develop and maintain monthly Estimate to Complete (ETC) and Estimate at Completion (EAC) for the program. Monitor costs and subcontractor/vendor financial performance and billing. Ensure timely, accurate, and complete billing to the customer. Support BOE and pricing/re-pricing requirements for the program. Interface with corporate finance team. Prepare reports. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline. Associates degree with 15 years of experience may be substituted. 10 years of financial management experience with 5 years of experience supporting a U.S. Government program. 2 years of supervisory experience. Professional certification in program management or finance preferred. Proficient written and verbal communicator. Expertise with Costpoint accounting system and Microsoft Excel required. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications. Work Environment Reston, VA office environment with potential for some temporary duty at program location. Some days with long hours, and weekend duties.
