Finance Manager
**Job Description Summary** As Finance Manager you are responsible for providing strategic and tactical operational finance leadership and serve as a business partner to the PDx Molecular Imaging Eindhoven manufacturing site as well as the Radiopharmacies in Netherlands and Spain, and SPECT CMO operations in Europe to deliver business growth aligned with the PDx Molecular Imaging business strategy. The role will closely work with the site operation leaders and provide finance leadership in all areas of financial planning and budgeting, management accounting, and performance measurement. This role will be an onsite position at the Eindhoven, NL manufacturing site and reports to the Supply Chain Finance Leader - Molecular Imaging. **Job Description** GE HealthCare is a leading global medical technology and digital solutions innovator. As part of the Pharmaceutical Diagnostics (PDx) business of GE HealthCare, we support the PDx vision of being the best-in-class supply chain delivering the right dose to the right patient at the right time. **Essential Responsibilities** + Member of the site leadership team and business partner to site leaders to drive operating performance; + Ownership for developing site estimates, operating plans/forecasts/reviews – includes Long-term Strategy planning (3/5-year Plan), Budgeting (1-year Plan); + Driving profitable growth by providing analysis of results and reporting key metrics while advising the leadership team on risks and opportunities, as well as recommending actions; + Lead cross functional projects to drive simplification and variable cost productivity (VCP) throughout the manufacturing site and to improve rigor in key finance processes, improving profitability; + Supporting the site leadership and operations team to plan and execute the Capex projects and inventory management, ensuring those activities meet the budget plan; + Building and maintaining a culture of cost control and accountability, predictable execution, transparent and robust estimate processes to ensure effective financial monthly/quarterly close; + Partner with Controllership and Financial Planning & Analysis teams to ensure integrity and compliance with accounting policies, SOX, and GAAP in financial reporting and processes; + Managing the relevant Finance IT platform including SAP ERP to support analysis, improve data visibility and ensure controllership; + Develop and improve financial processes such as finance reporting tools, management reporting tools, budgeting and estimating processes, standard production cost set ups and analyses, capital investment, financial process automation. **Basic Requirements and Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration and minimum of six years of financial work experience including developing forecasts & operating plans and leading business or finance reviews; + Fluent in Dutch and English; + Strong analytic skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change; + Clear thinking / problem solving, successfully led cross functional projects/process improvement within operations/finance function involving process improvement; able to quickly grasp new ideas; + Strong interpersonal skills and leadership experience with strong influencing skills across business functions; able to build trusting relationships with the site leadership team to drive business initiatives while driving controllership, compliance, and integrity; + Excellent communication skills: experience working across multiple levels, functions and regions; able to clearly communicate complex financial information in a easy to understand manner; able to deliver message effectively verbally and in writing in a matrixed business organization; + Experiences in managing operational finance in healthcare or other manufacturing industries working with production operation teams. **Behaviors** We expect all employees to live and breathe our behaviors: to act with humility and build trust; lead with transparency; deliver with focus, and drive ownership – always with unyielding integrity. **Total Rewards** Our total rewards are designed to unlock your ambition by giving you the boost and flexibility you need to turn your ideas into world-changing realities.
