**Cisco is Seeking a Finance Manager!** **Job Title: Finance Manager** **Pay Rate:** $66.00 per Hour **Location:** Research Triangle Park, North Carolina (Hybrid: 2 mandatory onsite days per week) **Duration:** Estimated-February 3rd, 2025-February 6, 2026 **Position Overview** As a **Finance Manager** , you will play a critical role in managing client accounts, acting as a subject matter expert for budgetary decisions, and ensuring compliance in financial reporting. This position requires 3–5 years of relevant experience and strong analytical and communication skills. You will provide direct support to the GVSE Americas sales and finance organizations, contributing to reporting, analysis, and forecasting. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities** + Manage client accounts and oversee budgetary decisions as directed by the Cisco Engagement Manager. + Refine and implement monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. + Prepare and submit budget and resource statements, ensuring compliance. + Conduct ad hoc, non-routine financial analysis as needed. + Support GVSE Americas sales and finance organizations with: + Weekly bookings forecast analysis, consolidation, and submission. + Monthly bookings dashboard updates and distribution to senior sales leaders. + Quarterly business review/scorecard publication and distribution. + Quarter-end bookings flash reporting. + Fiscal New Year readiness, including goaling data analysis, modeling, and issue resolution. + Ad hoc bookings reporting and compensation assurance analysis. **Required Tools and Skills** **Must-Have Skills:** + Advanced Excel (e.g., pivot tables, vlookup, sumif, index match). + Proficiency in PowerPoint for creating and delivering presentations. **Preferred Skills (Highly Desired):** + Power Query + Business Objects + Essbase + Anaplan + Salesforce **Who You Are** You are an enthusiastic and motivated Finance Manager eager to grow within the Cisco Finance organization.
