YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

BCH Country Financial OperationsFinancial forecast cycle P&L consolidation and steering (e.g. annual budget, quarterly forecast, monthly estimation and closing).PRC P&I consolidation & management, e.g. budget planning and detailing, monthly estimation & closing.Support for internal and external reporting and communication.Financial partnering for commercial leads providing insights on actual E2E performance tracking to identify efficiency improvement opportunities by designing, developing and leveraging digital tools. Global Finance ExcellenceOperational execution of assigned global projects based on knowledge, expertise and availability of resources including self-development.Engage in continuous learning to improve skills and knowledge relevant to the project and the industry.Support stakeholder engagement efforts by understanding their needs and expectations and communicating effectively.Best Practice and learning sharing with FinX members.

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business discipline (preferably with MBA).At least 3 years’ progressive experience in Financial Accounting, Controlling, Analytical & Reporting.Good business acumen, coupled with a good balance of strategic thinking and operational rigor.Strong analytical skills - Experience with commercial processes in particular sales forecasting, brand management, resource allocation, market dynamics & commercial KPI systems, financial reporting system, operation tools and MS Power Point, Excel skills and Power BI, Tableau, etc.Project Management Experience.Proven track record in and strong interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable working in a complex matrix organization.Ability to work in an ambiguous, matrix, and global environment and work successfully with people from a variety of different cultures and backgrounds.Ability to operate independently and proactively, with the ability to prioritize activities and make sound decisions in a complex environment.Strong analytical and conceptual skills and ability to deal with complex topics.Languages: Fluent in English, Chinese.Capable in Competencies of: Business Partnering, Business Insights, Strategic Mindset, Courage, Collaboration; Influencing.
