Description We are on the lookout for a Finance Manager to join our client in the Reading, Pennsylvania area. This Finance Manager will handle finance and accounting activities, including overseeing a team that collaborates on accounting related matters to achieve company objectives. Responsibilities of the Finance Manager will include: + Manage the monthly accounting close, including the review of journal entries and the Income Statement + Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable including credit/collections, and cash flow + Financial planning and analysis for financial forecasts, reporting and control of budgets + Research and analysis of financial trends and variances. + Complete and review Balance Sheet reconciliations + Generate financial statements and presentation materials Requirements + Minimum 5 years' experience in finance or accounting, large corporate experience preferred + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. + Microsoft Excel proficiency and financial modeling skills.
