Job Description

 

You will be a critical partner and advisor to the Fraud & ID business, providing financial analysis support for Experian North America. You on expense management and strategic investments and support resource allocation. As a Finance Manager, you will report to the Director, FSD Fraud

What you'll do

Manage the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), monthly forecasting, and quarterly business updates. Responsibilities will include forming timelines, templates, and internal review materialsManage the month-end close and monthly forecasting processDesign reports to give a valuable understanding of historical and future financial projections that support decision-making and could lead to applicable opportunitiesDevelop P&L analytics to use data and identify main insights and opportunitiesProvide financial modeling support for multiple projects and ad hoc requests. Understand the details while at the same time being able to advise on big-picture challengesDevelop financial reporting with an eye to streamlining processes and raising the standard for the quality of deliverables.Improve and standardization reporting through new tools, dashboards, and processes to lead scalable analysisBuild relationships and collaborate across multiple teams to achieve impactful results and provide planning and analysis support to lead financial goalsGuide the development and reporting of (and, in some instances, personally develop) measurements across revenue, billing, capital, pricing, and costs

Qualifications

 

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field7+ years of relevant experience in finance, management consulting, corporate strategy, or similar environment, including FP&A and project management experienceExperience distilling financial analyses for leadership teamsHighly motivated, self-starter who manages projects end-to-end and has a demonstrated track record of getting results, organizing, and prioritizing deadlinesExperience distilling financial analyses for leadership teams Experience communicating analytical findings for a range of different audiences complex issuesAbility to balance between and the high-level summaries while maintaining accuracy
