Description We are in search of a Finance Manager to join a great team, based in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this role, you will be primarily focused on managing financial modeling and analysis, mentoring team members, and overseeing the financial growth of our business. Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage all aspects of financial modeling and analysis • Utilize Excel extensively to review and ensure accuracy of financial models • Provide technical guidance on financial matters to the team • Play a key role in investment banking, private equity, and venture capital activities • Foster a positive team environment and mentor entry level team members • Oversee the promotion process within the finance department • Collaborate closely with the team to ensure a harmonious working environment • Manage annual budget and budget processes for the business unit • Oversee and manage capital management activities using tools like Oracle and Adaptive Insights. Requirements • Candidate must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Finance Manager role or similar. • Extensive knowledge and experience with Accounting Software Systems is required. • Familiarity with Adaptive Insights will be considered a significant asset. • The candidate must be comfortable using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems. • Expertise in EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) is a necessity. • The candidate should be well-versed in all Accounting Functions. • Experience in managing Annual Budgets is essential for this role. • Familiarity with Budget Processes within a Business Unit is required. • The candidate should have experience with Capital Management.
