Finance Manager - Accounts Payable

Job Summary

The Accounts Payable Manager is responsible for overseeing the Accounts
Payable team with the provision of all accounts payable services. The role is operational in nature and will be responsible for supervising and
processing supplier invoices , fixed assets whilst addressing supplier and employee queries, performing supplier reconciliations and other ad-hoc duties as required. Support the Finance teams across APAC by delivering a consistent first class service in line with SLAs and evidenced through agreed upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Job Description

Verifying invoices: Reviewing and verifying invoice information from vendorsMaking payments: Paying vendors and contractorsHandling concur expense - corporate cards and cash claimsApproving payments: Approving outbound payments from the company's accounting departmentOverseeing and evaluating the activities of the finance staff, and providing guidance for their professional development.Fixed asset capitalization and depreciationSupport the local Head of Finance by providing input on strategy, priorities and team management, including succession planning for key roles.Manage the COE by creating an environment that fosters professional development through goal setting, performance management, consistent and regular coaching, training and mentoring.Identify high performing individuals and provide future career paths and development opportunities for these individuals.Support the local Head of Finance by providing input on strategy, priorities and team management, including succession planning for key roles.Manage the COE by creating an environment that fosters professional development through goal setting, performance management, consistent and regular coaching, training and mentoring.Identify high performing individuals and provide future career paths and development opportunities for these individuals.Ensure processes and standards of documentation are aligned with best practices, and enforce operational discipline through current and well maintained documentation
