Finance Manager - Corporate FP&A

Leading all Corporate consolidation processes including Monthly Close reporting, Capital and Expense Forecasting, and Annual Budgeting.

\n

Essential Duties: 

\n\nLead FP&A team of 3-4 Financial Analysts through process cycles and professional development.\nEstablish and effectively execute FP&A calendar of activities across Shamrock\nDrive process improvements which translate into productivity and/or time savings\nPartner with Finance across Shamrock to drive efficient financial processes\nServe as business partner to Senior Management for regular and ad-hoc analytical requests\nDevelop a detailed understanding of the business, providing explanations for variances and recommendations\nDevelop technical expertise in analytical tools and techniques and serve as a resource to others across the Enterprise\nDevelop and maintain financial planning models to support the business, such as development of models for 3-to-5-year strategic plans, and capital investment analyses\nOther duties may be assigned\n\n

Qualifications: 

\n\nBachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, and 5+ years of related experience; candidate must have 3+ years of managerial experience; MBA is a plus\nExperience in leading/managing process cycles (Close, Forecast, Budget) and driving efficiencies within them\nProven ability to analyze and translate data into actionable information\nStrong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Teams)\nPlanful forecasting software experience\nAbility to work a flexible schedule to meet month-end, budget and other deadlines \nProven ability to prioritize workload, multi-task\nMust have strong communication, problem solving skills and bias for action.\n\n
