Responsibilities

Lead FP&A planning processes (e.g., weekly/monthly reviews, annual budget, long-range plan);Develop and monitor critical success and business performance metrics, and communicate actionable insights to relevant stakeholders; Drive analytical rigor to connect operational levers to financial outcome, ensuring their quality, timeliness, and accuracy;Define compelling hypotheses, identify new opportunities, build advanced business cases and financial models to support rapid growth of our portfolio  (e.g., identify opportunities, determine addressable market by customer segment, create business cases, develop methodology that helps inform prioritization for portfolio roadmap); Conduct market research, synthesize findings, develop critical insights into our evolving competitive landscape, assess relative strengths and weaknesses, and work with senior team members to propose recommendations that shape product and commercial strategy;Help drive the execution of strategic investment; Analyze, forecast and operationalize high priority strategic initiatives; Partner with business to track and refine our actionable paths forward;

Good to have

Previous experience in the blockchain/cryptocurrency space or in fintech industries is highly desirable but not required; Understanding the unique challenges and opportunities in these sectors can provide a significant advantage;Demonstrated quantitative abilities and Excel modeling proficiency;At least 2 years experience in an FP&A, or strategic finance role or similar fast-paced finance environment (investment banking, consulting etc.);5+ years work experience in a field requiring strong problem-solving skills;
