Together these entities make up the generic and branded U.S. business. Lupin has a significant generic pipeline, and a branded focus on women’s health. Our first Research and Development facility in the US is located in Coral Springs, Florida which focuses on generic and branded orally inhaled and nasal drug products. Somerset, New Jersey is home to one of Fifteen commercial manufacturing sites globally and the only commercial manufacturing facility in the United States for Lupin, as well as additional Research and Development teams. Responsibilities

 

GROSS TO NET: 

Sales Anlaysis and Gross to net calculation  - Inline and  New Launch  products,  monitoring  Gross to Net  change due to changes in business mix/ RFP etc. Play a crucial role in optimizing our rebate processes and ensuring timely and accurate payments to our Managed care PBM and Part B Pharmacies.

 

Analyze and monitor rebate data to identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies! Experience with Formulary position as they relate to Health Plans to assist in Analyst validations and impact.

 

Maintains and updates NCPDP and Part B Rosters.

 

Maintain accurate and up-to-date rebate agreements with managed care partners.

 

Negotiates effectively with external parties, customers, including Part B agencies on rebate and contractual obligations and/or disputes.

 

Understanding of Vistex SAP contract Pricing and rebate maintenance (preferred)

 

REBATE MANAGEMENT Gx

 

Maintain rebate vendor Master with Indirect procurement team.

 

Coordinate Rebate sales report to GPO/Buying Group account management teams, highlighting any concerns such as unexplained variances or contract language or reporting lines.

 

Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any rebate-related issues or inquiries.

 

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prevent any potential for rebate leakage.

 

Process claims to ensure accuracy and completeness of rebate payments; minimize revenue leakage and interest on late payments in a timely manner through collaboration with Accounts Payable and Treasury

 

Assist team in maintenance of Generic contract Membership Rosters through Mediledger for out of network groups.

 

Accounting Controls: 

Prepare and reconcile rebate accruals and utilization schedule.

 

Quarterly and Annual KPMG Audit support

 

 

Shared service team non-working hours support to USA internal and external customers: 

 

Provide Front office support after FSSC shift closure – Contract pricing and SAP SD transaction support for SAP V05 errors (Sales order) and VFX3 errors (Vistex Contract pricing)

 

Special projects and Analytics

Support in the GTN element Analysis for Brand and Gx – Price Protection, Shelf stock, Audit claims, Customer Audit support and data reporting etc.

 

Constant engagement with SAP IT and Other IT data analytical team on process improvements and dashboard reporting

 

Internal and Management Reporting: 

Provide update on various Monthly and Quarterly management Accounting and Finance reports/presentation including support on any ad hoc request/analysis

 

Wholesaler Inventory monitoring 852

Prepare and Analyze channel inventory DOH and periodic review with commercial team for reducing the risk of slow moving and expired returns inventory in channel.
