Finance Manager - Indonesia & Malaysia
Major Tasks
Responsible for delivering on financial targets by providing a reliable financial steering (alignment operational/financial planning, target setting, resource allocation, deviation analysis, mitigation plans) Closely partners with the Consumer Health Country Division Head and leadership team to ensure financial performance according to targets and driving strategic and operational agenda Preparation and coordination of financial forecasts and financial planning (Sales, Discounts & Rebates, Marketing Costs, full Division P&L) Regular preparation and review of reports e.g. gross to net sales, marginal income analysis, deviation analysis (volume, prices, currency) Calculating and monitoring of reimbursements for marketing costs and intercompany charges (as applicable) Coordinating financial risk management (ROC) Translates business strategy into operational planning (e.g. from Top-Down Target to OPC) and ensures adherence to HQ standards and guidelines.Drives and is strongly involved in efficiency projects, resource optimization, continuous improvement initiatives etc. Review of financial incentive plans (local sales incentives) Executes operational controlling tasks including monthly journal entries for the Division, supporting country S&OP process, and decision support for customer credit limits and release of blocked ordersLocal divisional administrator for all divisional related contracts through CLMSLocal support to brand managers in financial modelling related to new product launches utilizing business case steering toll (LPPM)
QUALIFICATIONS
University degree in Accountancy, Finance or Economics Preferably with Masters in Business Administration or equivalent studies in Economics / Management (but not required) Preferably had professional experience as External Auditor at Reputable International Public Accounting Firm, as Internal Auditor from Multinational Company or Finance Business Partner/Controller .Finance Business Partnering experience or commensurate will be an advantage. Min 3-5 years relevant work (leadership) experience in respective industry / commercial operations Possess knowledge in IT, Microsoft Office, particularly for reporting preparation (SAP AO knowledge), and Microsoft’s Power Platform is a plus Ale to deliver critical judgment and analysis Advanced in understanding and analyzing business & financial trends Able to deal with complex situation and tough deadlines Possess English proficiency (written and spoken) "Business Partnering" competencies ("capable" towards "strong" rating)
