Carlisle Weatherproofing Technologies (CWT) is a leading supplier of building envelope solutions that effectively drive energy efficiency and sustainability in commercial and residential applications. We are looking for a Finance Manager - Revenue to join our team remotely.
Job Summary:
This position will provide accounting and analytical support for the Carlisle Weatherproofing Technologies (CWT) segment of Carlisle Companies Incorporated. Primary responsibilities include internal reporting of sales, tracking, monitoring and reporting on commissions, sales incentive plans and rebate programs, contract management, and other financial analysis tasks, as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for management of internal reporting of sales, sales allocations and deductions, rebates, commission and sales incentive plans for distribution within CWT. Responsible for the management of commissions and sales incentive plans, including working with Sales to develop annual targets, calculating attainment based on estimated performance and executing payments. Responsible for management of all customer rebate programs. Works closely with the sales team to implement, and monitor the programs, ensuring compliance from both the customer and Carlisle. Supports the Trade spend and Deduction teams. Assists with the timely processing of credit transactions processed to clear customer deductions. Serves as a resource for senior leadership, providing timely and accurate data as needed. Assists with customer contract administration. Works closely with Sales and Customer Service to manage customer contracts. Responsible for aiding in own self-development by being available and receptive to all training made available by the company. Expectation to understand, participate in, and support company COS initiatives, with focus on developing a lean mindset. Other duties as assigned.Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Required: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with strong financial accounting knowledge Minimum of 3-5 years working in a financial analysis, sales reporting or similar role Experience with ERP and financial reporting systems (SAP, Oracle, JDEdwards etc.) Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office products Preferred: CPA or CME certificationWorking Conditions:
Office setting or dedicated workspace in a home office setting Ability to have a high-speed internet connection to facilitate video calls, finance management and other project related activities. Typical work hours will be 8pm – 5pm with hours worked outside of this time to meet project or travel deadlines Travel will be required, up to 20% in a calendar year#LI-MW1
