As a Finance Manager- Site Controller who will be responsible to serve as the primary business partner to the Loveland Site Leadership Team and will be accountable for the financial results of the manufacturing operations of this business. The role is on-site based in Indianapolis, IN and reporting to Senior Finance Manager- Global Operations.
In this role, you will be responsible to:
+ Develop financial plans and monthly forecasts in partnership with operations; ensure the assumptions and execution plans are jointly owned and that the entire team feels accountability for the results.
+ Support operations in delivering annual cost reduction objectives (Productivity, PPV, MUV, VAVE), capital request analysis and expense management
+ Manage the annual standard cost build and any required interim cost updates.
+ Lead, motivate and develop local finance professional. Collaborate with BEC LS finance leadership to drive engagement and accomplishment of OpCo financial objectives.
+ Oversee delivery of timely and accurate month end close including balance sheet reconciliations.
The essential requirements for the job include:
+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or similar field with 9+ years of experience OR Master's degree with 7+ years experience
+ Expertise in finance and accounting with increasing levels of responsibility and emphasis on budgeting, forecasting, planning, financial analysis and modeling.
+ Experienced as a people leader, demonstrating the ability to get work done through others.
+ In depth cost accounting knowledge and familiarity with Oracle manufacturing systems is desired.
+ Excellent communication (both oral and written), presentation and interpersonal skills needed for cross-functional scope of role.
+ Strong to advanced MS Excel skills (financial modeling, pivot tables etc.) as well as proficiency with other Microsoft Office applications (Power BI, Word, PowerPoint) required.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
+ CMA or CPA a plus.
+ Previous experience with enterprise performance management report writing (e.g. BPC, Hyperion) Oracle ERP and Oracle Business Intelligence a plus.
