The Merch Collective is a boutique music merchandising company representing top Artists in touring, eCommerce, and retail channels has an immediate opening for a Finance Manager.

As a Finance Manager at The Merch Collective, you will leverage your analytical and organizational skills to support the greater Finance department. An ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the music industry and how finance operates within it, specifically as it pertains to merchandise.

What you'll do: Assist Finance Director in accounting all revenue streams, cash balances, and other monetary movements Daily banking and QuickBooks reconciliation Credit Card Reconciliation Manage multiple accounts Payable and Receivable Prepare and process monthly Sales Tax reconciliations Monitor and compute revenue channels (Touring, Shopify, Amazon, PayPal, Retail, etc) Oversee fixed assets and depreciation analysis related to ever-changing inventory levels Adhere to and stay abreast of recent developments to relevant accounting and tax standards Manage debtor/creditor ledgers and ensure the accuracy of transaction reporting Uncover and drive process improvement opportunities across the Finance team.
