Tom Wood Volkswagen, located in Indianapolis, Indiana, is currently searching for an experienced Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of financial principles and automotive industry knowledge.
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of automotive financing operations, including structuring deals, completing paperwork, and securing financing approvals.Work closely with sales team members to facilitate the sales process by providing financing options and solutions tailored to individual customer needs.Review credit applications and financial documents to assess customer creditworthiness and determine appropriate financing terms and conditions.Negotiate financing terms with customers, lenders, and other financial institutions to secure the most favorable rates and terms possible.Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing automotive financing.Maintain accurate records of all automotive financing transactions and ensure timely completion of all required documentation.Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the automotive financing process, addressing customer concerns and inquiries in a prompt and professional manner.Maintain a high level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct in all interactions with customers, colleagues, and business partners.Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by dealership management.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in automotive finance or related industry required.Strong understanding of finance principles, automotive financing processes, and regulatory requirements.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Proficiency in financial software and computer applications.Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.Leadership qualities and team management experience preferred.Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction.Required- valid driver’s license with a clean record
