ResponsibilitiesGrow & maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, lenders & insurance providers in the commercial trucking industry.Record, track & analyze income sources from various products to determine & optimize efficiency & increase profitability.Understand & value collateral to effectively & quickly close deals ensuring customers & the dealership get the best deal.Obtain & analyze documentation from prospective clients to advise on loan products, options, rates, terms, etc.Inform & educate customers on aftermarket products including extended warranties, GAP insurance, etc.Oversee & streamline the process of collecting and recording incoming payments ensuring accuracy, timeliness, compliance & completed sales packets.Develop & obtain state endorsements to provide a suite of electronic registration & title solutions to increase customer satisfaction & drive profit opportunitiesEducate the sales team on various programs to ensure they promote them to customers.Streamline & help automate paperwork and electronic contract processKnowledgeable in federal and state regulations regarding financeManage, optimize & provide regular feedback and training for our team of Finance Associates. Qualifications
Any combination of education, training, and experience providing the following knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Knowledge & SkillsKnowledge & experience with computer operating systems such as Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Excel (use of advanced Excel functions, formulas & ability to generate insightful reports), Microsoft Word as well as solid keyboarding skills (with a minimum of 40 WPM). Excellent verbal communication, analytical/problem solving, and organizational skills are essential.
Schedule
Monday through Friday with a minimum of 45 hours per week.
Experience, Education, and Training
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited University in a Business, Finance, or related field is a plus. 5+ years of relevant F&I and transportation industry experience and
previous experience at a lending institution or automotive dealership is preferred.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to sit a majority of your shift. Must be able to multitask & handle a potentially large volume of phone calls and correspondence.
Working Environment
Primarily indoors with heating & cooling in a general office environment.
Licensing/Certification
Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record & reliable transportation to and from work
