Embark on a rewarding career journey as a Finance Operations Supervisor, Commission Collections. In this role, you will utilize your leadership skills to ensure that all team members are operating as effectively and efficiently as possible. 

As a Finance Operations Supervisor, Commission Collections within the Frosch (CTJ) team, you will be responsible for ensuring that the entire team is responsive to all agent’s requests, and assigned tasks are completed with accuracy and meets all deadlines. You will also ensure that the team members are following and adhering to all tasks at hand and meeting all deadlines and target goals set forth by the  Finance Operations Lead. 

Job Responsibilities

Outline monthly targets and goals for each team member. Onboard and train team members on day to day processes. Manage a select number of VIP agent accounts and conduct an in depth research on outstanding supplier invoices to track down the true status of the outstanding invoices Communicate directly with  suppliers to confirm if the invoice on their account is deemed to still be active and outstanding.  Assist in running outstanding commission reports as requested by the assigned dedicated VIP advisors. Monitor FROSCH Hotel Program Enhanced commissions and ensure that company is receiving all enhanced commissions from our partners.  Manage the Freshdesk Collections box to ensure all requests are being worked on in a timely manner and or assigned to the team members if their VIP.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills 

Must have at least 1 year of people management experience  At least 3 years of Collections experience Proficient with Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) Must have strong Excel skills including but not limited to use of pivot tables, data manipulation and data mining.  Must possess exceptional communication and mathematical skills. A high degree of organization, accuracy, and attention to details Ability to work under pressure and meet specific deadlines.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills 

Travel industry experience is preferred. Experience in using Sabre and TRAMS is a plus Experience in Commission Collections is preferred
