As a Commercial Finance Partner, you will be directly involved in business performance, driving the strategic business plan, and supporting decision-making with critical business insights. Key Responsibilities : Strategy, Business Planning, and Performance Management: Drive performance management and analysis of business results, through deep market understanding (Sales, SG&A, Profit, Headcount, Working Capital…). Lead the financial plan of the business units in scope: collaborating with the business in budget preparation, including strategic resource allocation, analysing /explaining performance, and proactive identification and management of risks & opportunities Lead financial & business modelling for launch of new assets Contribute to the Actual and Planning processes, collaborating with the Close & Control and Planning & Forecasting Hub teams. Core Commercial Cycle: Drive the sales forecast process for the business units in scope, in collaboration with Supply Chain and Marketing teams, supporting data-driven decision-making. Analyse market growth, market share, and other performance factors. Pricing Optimization and Market Dynamics: Partner with Market Access team to support pricing planning and provide recommendations to the FD and the GM for pricing decisions. Analyse market dynamics, product positioning, and future trends. ROI, Margin & Cashflow Enhancement : Lead financial modelling to support the business in making investment decisions Proactively identify opportunities and manage BU expenses, using internal and external benchmarks for best-in-class SG&A cost management. Management Presentations: Support Finance Director and Leadership Team with management presentations, showcasing critical insights and recommendations. Basic Qualifications: Educational Background Master’s degree in accounting, economics or business (or different degrees with Business or Finance qualification) Fluent in English is a must. Dutch and/or French is a plus. Job-Related Experience required 5+ years’ finance partner experience, preferably in the Pharmaceutical Industry in a commercial finance role. Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Strong ability to influence, engage and challenge stakeholders Resilience and ability to adapt to change in a complex environment. Ability to present insights, complex business and financial information in a simple and compelling way to non-finance audiences.
