Finance Partnership Accountability Manager
As a Finance Partnership Accountability Manager you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence. **What you will be doing:** The service holder provides leadership, direct oversight, coordination or support of assigned programs and projects within the department to ensure that all allocated activities and tasks are conducted per Innovative Medicine’s Research & Development requirements. They will serve as a subject matter expert for assigned activities including identifying and implementing financial efficiencies across Global Development. The provider resource that will perform the services will partner with Innovative Medicine’s Research & Development Procurement, Finance, and other cross functional team members to execute a clinical partnership accountability strategy. This includes ensuring execution of related category contracts and corresponding business operations oversight. Supplier types for Business Operations Processes and Training include, but not limited to, suppliers supporting Central Laboratory Services, eCOA, IRT, ancillary supplies, and imaging. All projects and activities assigned will be delivered in compliance with the applicable company Policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), International Conference on Harmonization for Good Clinical Practice (ICH-GCP), applicable Quality Oversight Plans (QOPs), regulatory requirements, local laws, and any department related requirements. 1. Services rendered will adhere to applicable Sponsor's SOPs, WIs, policies, local regulatory requirements, ICH-GCP, etc. 2. Implementation of Partnership Accountability key performance indicators (KPIs) and strategy, which include components such as budget negotiations, forecasting, resource management and validation of services performed. 3. Collation and data curation of partner budget(s) in coordination with procurement and operational/functional teams. 4. Creating data inputs in support of operations and commercial governance frameworks and approaches including oversight, service level expectations/adjudication and escalation pathways. Support for collating partner budget forecasting including actual services completed, remaining budget and potential scope changes. Coordinate with internal functions to address partner actuals and forecasting as necessary. **You are:** A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (preferred Business Operations, Business Management, Finance) 1. Knowledge of Clinical Operations and related business practices, including experience with supplier/vendor contracting, budgeting, and forecasting. 2. Understanding of R&D: Knowledge of trials, nuances, and the end-to-end process of building trials 3. Data-driven approach with an ability to review, ingest and summarize data sets with a target of formulating hypotheses from data is required. 4. Negotiation skills with the ability to drive budget accountability, global alignment, efficiency, and quality. 5. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, networking skills, a high level of organizational ability, and attention to detail. 6.
