Finance Planning and Analysis Senior Lead Analyst
Citibank N.A seeks a Finance Planning and Analysis Senior Lead Analyst for its New York, NY location. Duties: Assist the business with implementing an automated process that centrally reports financial metrics related to transformation across the organization. Coordinate monthly financial reporting for transformation and ensure consistency of Program Group coverage as well as system connectivity. Responsible for implementation of a Citi-wide investment tracking strategy and process. Create comprehensive financial plans of Transformation Programs and ensure accuracy and integrity through the financial reporting process. Liaise and coordinate finance related matters across Global Citi Functions and EO&T businesses involved in Transformation Programs. Participate on project teams and contribute to developing and defining transformation drivers into KPI and financial benefits. Provide financial reports and analytical tools including key financial metrics, quarterly performance, trends in expenses, and projected benefits. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite in accordance with Citi policies and protocols. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation within the financial planning and analysis industry. Five (5) years of experience must include: Implementing new processes with a focus on the end-to-end expense cycle including origination, approval, execution, accrual, payment, and booking to design investment and expense tracking across an organization; Leading financial data consumption from multiple platforms to ensure best available sources of information are used for financial tracking of key investments/expenses; Analyzing, assessing, and approving Investment Expenditures; Driving organization wide communication efforts with a focus on enterprise understanding, standardization, agreement, and implementation of financial planning and analysis processes; Managing financial tracking for key investment/expenses and reporting to senior leadership. Implementation of automation and interactive dashboarding to provide transparency, insight, and actionable details to transformation operators and leaders; Generating analytics for quarter end flash results, related highlights, Board of Directors reports, and executive management reports; and Leading quarterly competitor reviews, quarterly annotated supplements, and quarterly investment reports. 40 hrs./wk.
