Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of O2C/P2P activities for the Retained Org portfolio. When necessary, they will transfer customer to the Legal Team or an external collection agency.This will involve close collaboration with Hub, CoE, and third-party providers and customers. They will actively support and contribute to ongoing process enhancements in accordance with the GPO organization's initiatives and expectations, such as Autobank. Additionally, they will effectively manage relationships with CoE and Hub teams.The work model for the role is hybrid. You will be mainly accountable for:•Performing collection activities for non-standard collection groups. Informing and handing over the customer to the Legal Team if all collections activities have not resulted in payment. Including management of all administrative tasks of this process. Serving as an escalation contact for disputes, old items resolution, cash application clearing•Coordinating local IS (ERP) activities for O2C/P2P (e.g. ToA update in workflow tools, any testing of division-led solutions, etc.)•Managing vendor inquiries that require language not available in CoE & support any activities needing local language. Managing Customs declaration process. Carrying out activities related to paper documents (archiving, etc.)•Performing O2C/P2P internal control activities remaining in retained finance org (e.g. process walkthroughs). Supporting and coordinating local audit from O2C/P2P perspective and providing local O2C/P2P support for M&A projects and divestments. Other minor O2C/P2P tasks requiring local presence.•Continuously facilitating two-way communication including flow of info on changes, issues and successes. Contributing to resolve complex issues to prevent them from repeating in the future and helping identify end to end process optimization needsYou will join a dynamic, talented, high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.
Qualifications for the roleExperience of 4+ years in a comparable P2P/O2C environment and in a business partnering role is an assetExperience in P2P/O2C end-to-end processes is essentialGood knowledge of SAP and MS OfficeAbility to analyze issues and take appropriate actions for resolution or enhancementsDynamic, innovative & problem resolution focusedStrong communication skills for interaction with different stakeholdersStrong English written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment
