Fluent in English and any other local language requiredAt least 6 years of experience managing a multi-functional Finance organizationStrong knowledge of GE financial and commercial operating systemsTrained and/or certified in process improvement methodology such as LEAN or Six SigmaDemonstrated experience and understanding of Accounting Principles and Controllership.Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate complex business issues in a clear/concise mannerStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others and drive change while working across all levels, functions, and regions. Prioritize minimum gemba walks to enable frontline dynamics.Leadership experience of managing teams distributed across multiple countries.Strong critical thinking skills and ability to add value to operating teamsExperience with SAS (software as service) and digital products will be a plusStrategic thinker with the ability to create and execute concrete action plansStrong analytical, project management, and organizational skillsAbility to work under tight deadlines and to prioritize under pressure; accelerate pacing of actions; collaborate for a dynamic daily management system.Adaptable/Flexible: being open to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and/or to work in ambiguous situationsExperience working in a matrixed environment and a multi-cultural environmentProficiency in financial software and tools
