We are seeking a Finance Program Manager, who will be responsible for leading and overseeing strategic finance initiatives and programs within the organization. The role will involve driving cross-functional collaboration, managing project portfolios, and implementing financial strategies to support business objectives and drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior leadership, finance teams, and key stakeholders to develop and execute programs aimed at improving financial performance, optimizing processes, and mitigating risks.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIESKey Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic finance programs and initiatives aligned with the organization's objectives, priorities, and growth plans.Define program goals, scope, deliverables, and timelines, and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success and effectiveness.Collaborate with finance teams, business units, and functional leaders to identify opportunities, address challenges, and drive alignment on program objectives and priorities.Facilitate communication, coordination, and knowledge sharing across departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution and integration.Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities related to program budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and financial targets.Monitor program performance, analyze variances, and provide insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making and course correction.Identify potential risks, dependencies, and barriers to program success, and develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address challenges and uncertainties.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and financial standards throughout the program lifecycle.Champion change management initiatives and promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and adaptability within the finance organization and across the enterprise.Engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to build consensus, gain buy-in, and foster collaboration in support of program objectives and outcomes.Establish mechanisms for tracking and reporting program progress, milestones, and outcomes, and provide regular updates and status reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.Conduct post-implementation reviews and evaluations to assess program effectiveness, identify lessons learned, and capture best practices for future initiatives. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSThis job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
